In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, a player has built an incredible flying war machine that can easily defeat tough enemies. This is just one of many impressive aircraft designs the Zelda community has come up with since the game’s release in May.
The player proudly calls it their “best gunship ever.” They shared it on Reddit, showing off a complex aircraft that uses all of the game’s 21 available parts to deliver powerful attacks from the sky. This design also represents the current state of the game’s building strategies, combining advanced techniques to maximize the use of Ultrahand mechanics.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a popular video game from the long-running Legend of Zelda series. It’s an exciting adventure game that follows the hero, Link, on his quest to save the kingdom of Hyrule from evil forces.
In this game, you control Link as he explores a vast and magical world, solving puzzles, battling enemies, and collecting powerful items. One of the most iconic items is the Master Sword, a legendary weapon that Link uses to defeat the main antagonist, usually Ganon.
“Tears of the Kingdom” is known for its captivating story, beautiful graphics, and memorable music. The game’s title suggests that there might be an emotional or touching element to the story, as many games in the series do.
The Legend of Zelda games have been a favorite for gamers for many years, and “Tears of the Kingdom” is no exception. It offers a rich and immersive experience that continues to capture the hearts of players worldwide. If you enjoy epic adventures, heroic quests, and fantastic worlds, this game is definitely worth a try.
For example, the cockpit of this gunship uses a lightweight guard rail from The Depths’ Construct Factory. It’s easy to keep in the air. To power the flying machine, they used twin propellers from the Gemimik Shrine in eastern Hyrule, making them spin even faster with a Zonai Big Wheel. To connect the propulsion system to the rest of the gunship, they used a technique called stake nudging, allowing invisible connections between objects.
Underneath, there are Zonai Beam Emitters mounted on a Construct Head, which can automatically target enemies. They also added two Zonai Stabilizers for better maneuverability. This gunship outshines the combat drones the player was experimenting with back in June, showing how far they’ve come in their engineering efforts.
For those who want to try this aircraft, there’s good news. Ultrababouin is working on a tutorial to help others recreate this impressive design.
You can play The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on the Nintendo Switch.
